Description
Delicious and crispy samosas filled with a spiced potato and pea mixture, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup green peas, cooked
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil spray for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, oil, and salt.
- Add water gradually to form a dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine mashed potatoes, peas, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, and salt.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle.
- Cut the circle in half and form a cone.
- Fill the cone with the potato mixture and seal the edges.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the samosas with oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Notes
- Make sure to seal the edges properly to avoid openings while cooking.
- Adjust the spice levels according to your preference.
