Instructions
- Using a paper towel or kitchen towel, squeeze the excess moisture from the shredded carrots.
- Combine the cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Beat with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in the shredded carrots, chopped walnuts, and raisins.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
