Description

Delicious and healthy cottage cheese pancakes perfect for breakfast!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and rolled oats and blend until smooth.
  2. Add oil to a non-stick pan.
  3. Once hot, add 1/4 cup portions of the pancake batter and cover the pan immediately.
  4. Let the pancakes cook for 2-3 minutes, before flipping and cooking for another two minutes.
  5. Once the pancakes are cooked, remove them from the heat and repeat the process until all the batter is used up.

Notes

  • You can adjust the thickness of the batter by adding more oats or milk.
  • Serve with your favorite syrup or fruit toppings.
