- 150 grams butter (about 2/3 cup)
- 120 grams dark chocolate (about 4 ounces or 3/4 cup chopped)
- 150 grams sugar (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 60 grams flour (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 40 grams unsweetened cocoa powder (about 1/3 cup)
- 50 grams chocolate chips (about 1/4 cup)
- 200 grams milk chocolate (about 7 ounces or 1 cup chopped)
- 40 grams crushed almonds (about 1/3 cup)
Instructions
- First, gently melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla, and sugar until nice and creamy.
- Fold in the chocolate mixture, then stir in the flour and cocoa until everything is combined.
- Sprinkle in the chocolate chips and give it one last gentle mix.
- Pour the batter into a 9×9 pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350F for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Once it’s done, let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Finally, dip each square in melted dark chocolate mixed with crushed almonds and let them set aside until the chocolate hardens.

- Ensure the brownies are fully cooled before cutting.
- For a richer flavor, use higher quality chocolate.
