Description

This honey garlic chicken recipe features tender, juicy chicken breasts coated in a sweet and savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and minced garlic until well combined.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the honey-garlic sauce over it evenly.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cooked through and glazed.
