- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup pure honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and minced garlic until well combined.
