Description
A delicious mocha frappe made with espresso, milk, and whipped cream.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- ½ cup cream (whipped)
Instructions
- Freeze the espresso shots into ice cubes. You can also freeze very strong coffee if you don’t want to use espresso.
- In a blender, combine the frozen coffee, sugar, milk and chocolate syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle a little chocolate syrup into the glass, then pour in the mocha frappe.
- Top with whipped cream.
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, use a dark roast coffee.
- This recipe can be easily scaled for larger servings.
