Description

A delicious mocha frappe made with espresso, milk, and whipped cream.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup cream (whipped)

Instructions

  1. Freeze the espresso shots into ice cubes. You can also freeze very strong coffee if you don’t want to use espresso.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen coffee, sugar, milk and chocolate syrup.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Drizzle a little chocolate syrup into the glass, then pour in the mocha frappe.
  5. Top with whipped cream.

Notes

  • For a stronger flavor, use a dark roast coffee.
  • This recipe can be easily scaled for larger servings.
