Description

A simple and delicious meal prep recipe featuring baked chicken breasts seasoned with ranch, served with rice and steamed broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and ranch seasoning.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.

  5. Steam broccoli until tender.
