Description

A delicious and easy vegetable stir-fry with rice noodles, perfect for a quick meal!


Ingredients

  • 200 g rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Soak rice noodles in warm water according to package directions until tender then drain.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Add drained noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper, tossing to combine and heat through.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust vegetable quantities based on preference.
  • For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
