- 2 boxes brownie mix, prepared according to package directions
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Bake the brownies according to package directions and let them cool completely.
- Cut the cooled brownies into bite-size cubes.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Add a layer of brownie cubes to the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Spoon a layer of cheesecake filling over the brownies.
- Add a layer of whipped topping and drizzle with salted caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers until the dish is full, finishing with whipped topping on top.
- Drizzle extra salted caramel over the top.
- Sprinkle with sea salt, chocolate shavings, and mini chocolate chips.
- Chill the trifle for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the brownies are completely cool before layering them to prevent sogginess.
- You can use store-bought brownie mix or make your own from scratch.
