Description

This creamy baked shrimp dip is perfect for parties and gatherings. Serve it hot with chips and crunchy veggies!


Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp (chopped)
  • 1 green onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  2. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish and set aside.
  3. To a large bowl, add cream cheese, cheese, sour cream, mayo, cooked shrimp, green onions, garlic, and hot sauce. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
  6. Garnish with cooked shrimp and green onions.
  7. Serve with chips and crunchy veggies.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add more hot sauce to taste.
