- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 cup cooked shrimp (chopped)
- 1 green onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish and set aside.
- To a large bowl, add cream cheese, cheese, sour cream, mayo, cooked shrimp, green onions, garlic, and hot sauce. Stir until fully combined.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Garnish with cooked shrimp and green onions.
- Serve with chips and crunchy veggies.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more hot sauce to taste.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
