A delicious and easy smoked salmon bagel recipe, perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.

- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 2 bagels (your choice of flavor, toasted (optional))
- ½ red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
- ½ cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp capers
- to taste black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- Slice each bagel in half horizontally. Toast bagel if desired.
- Evenly spread approximately 2 oz of cream cheese onto each bagel half.
- Divide the smoked salmon evenly and arrange it over the bottom halves of the bagels.
- Top each bagel with an even distribution of thinly sliced red onion, tomato slices, and cucumber slices.
- Garnish each bagel with 1 Tbsp of freshly chopped dill.
- Scatter 1 Tbsp of capers over the vegetables and salmon on each bagel.
- Finish with freshly ground black pepper to taste.

- This recipe can be easily customized with different types of bagels and additional toppings.
- For a creamier texture, let the cream cheese soften before spreading.
