Description

A tangy and spicy cranberry dip that’s perfect for parties!


Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely minced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 5 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • Assorted crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cranberries, jalapeño, sugar, cumin, lemon juice, cilantro, green onions, and salt. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Fold the cranberry mixture into the cream cheese until well combined.
  4. Serve with assorted crackers.
