A tangy and spicy cranberry dip that’s perfect for parties!
Ingredients

- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely minced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 5 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- Assorted crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cranberries, jalapeño, sugar, cumin, lemon juice, cilantro, green onions, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold the cranberry mixture into the cream cheese until well combined.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeño quantity to control heat level.
- This dip can be made a day in advance for best flavor.
