Description

This Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole is a delicious and easy meal your whole family will love!


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until no longer pink; shred after resting.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until well-coated.
  4. Layer half of the tater tots in the baking dish, top with buffalo chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Add remaining tater tots on top along with more cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
