This Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole is a delicious and easy meal your whole family will love!

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until no longer pink; shred after resting.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until well-coated.
- Layer half of the tater tots in the baking dish, top with buffalo chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
- Add remaining tater tots on top along with more cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

- Feel free to adjust the amount of buffalo sauce based on your spice preference.
