Description
A delicious appetizer made with beef little smokies coated in a sweet and tangy cranberry honey sauce.

- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1 pound beef little smokies
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, hot honey, water, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture is smooth and well combined, about 5 minutes.
- Add the beef little smokies to the saucepan and stir to coat them evenly with the sauce.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the smokies are heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Serve warm as an appetizer, optionally garnished with fresh cranberries or parsley if desired.
