Description

A delicious salad featuring fresh vegetables and mini pepperoni, drizzled with a flavorful pizza dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup English Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Mini Pepperoni Slices
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (red and yellow), diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, torn
  • 1/4 cup Pizza Dressing (olive oil, vinegar, Italian herbs, garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the cucumber.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pepperoni slices, black olives, and bell peppers.
  4. Gently fold in torn basil leaves.
  5. Drizzle with pizza dressing and toss until everything is well coated.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
