Description

A delicious and creamy chicken salad perfect for sandwiches or served with crackers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups rotisserie chicken (diced into 1/3″ chunks)
  • 1 cup celery (diced)
  • 1 cup red onions (diced)
  • 1/3 cup dill (finely chopped)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine the diced rotisserie chicken, diced celery, diced red onions, chopped dill, mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until combined, then set aside.
  3. Serve cold with crunchy crackers, in a bun, or on a mini croissant roll. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crunch, consider adding chopped nuts or apples.
  • This salad can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
