Description

Delicious ramen noodles served in a savory French onion broth topped with Gruyère cheese and crispy fried onions.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 package Trader Joe’s frozen French Onion Soup (use both in the package)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • ½ cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • Trader Joe’s Crispy Fried Onions or shallots

Instructions

  1. Heat the French onion soup with the beef broth in a saucepan on medium-low heat for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, bring a medium saucepan of water to a rolling boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for about 3 minutes or until they are tender.
  3. Divide the noodles into bowls and ladle the onion broth over top.
  4. Sprinkle with the shredded Gruyère and fried onions just before serving.
