- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 package Trader Joe’s frozen French Onion Soup (use both in the package)
- 2 cups beef broth
- ½ cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- Trader Joe’s Crispy Fried Onions or shallots
Instructions
- Heat the French onion soup with the beef broth in a saucepan on medium-low heat for 6-8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring a medium saucepan of water to a rolling boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for about 3 minutes or until they are tender.
- Divide the noodles into bowls and ladle the onion broth over top.
- Sprinkle with the shredded Gruyère and fried onions just before serving.

- This recipe serves best when the soup is hot and the toppings are fresh.
