Description

A delicious fruit pizza made with a sugar cookie crust, cream cheese frosting, and topped with fresh fruit.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 Fresh Peach
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit
  • 1 cup Raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. For the crust, cream butter and sugars together.
  3. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract and beat well.
  4. Add dry ingredients. Form dough into a large ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. With a rolling pin, roll dough out in a large circle and gently place on a pizza pan or stone sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or greased. You can also use your hands to press the dough evenly on the pizza pan or stone.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Pull out of the oven when the edges and top start to lightly brown. Let cool completely.
  7. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. If you want a sweeter frosting, you can add more powdered sugar.
  8. Spread on cooled sugar cookie crust.
  9. Use fresh fruit to create fun patterns and designs.
