- 1 lb Boneless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 8 oz Lo mein noodles
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 cup Bell peppers
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 cup Snow peas or snap peas
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water and cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green onions with the chicken. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the cooked noodles along with soy sauce, sesame oil, and desired vegetables. Mix everything together for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Plate your Garlic Chicken Lo Mein and garnish with additional green onions or sesame seeds.

- Use low-sodium soy sauce if preferred.
