Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 8 oz Lo mein noodles
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Bell peppers
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Snow peas or snap peas
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green onions with the chicken. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the cooked noodles along with soy sauce, sesame oil, and desired vegetables. Mix everything together for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Plate your Garlic Chicken Lo Mein and garnish with additional green onions or sesame seeds.
