Description

This delicious cookie butter is made with quick oats and protein powder, perfect for spreading!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup quick oats (gluten free, if needed)
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Add the oats, protein powder, salt, cinnamon, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and water to a blender or food processor and pulse until a thick paste remains. Be sure to regularly scrape down the sides.
  2. Transfer the cookie butter into a sealable container or sterilized jar.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, feel free to add more maple syrup.
  • This recipe can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
