This delicious cookie butter is made with quick oats and protein powder, perfect for spreading!
Ingredients

- 1 cup quick oats (gluten free, if needed)
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Add the oats, protein powder, salt, cinnamon, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and water to a blender or food processor and pulse until a thick paste remains. Be sure to regularly scrape down the sides.
- Transfer the cookie butter into a sealable container or sterilized jar.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, feel free to add more maple syrup.
- This recipe can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
