Description

This delicious burrata and prosciutto pizza combines the creaminess of fresh burrata with the saltiness of prosciutto, drizzled with honey and topped with arugula.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
  • 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp high-quality honey
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until approximately 12 inches wide.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Drizzle olive oil over the surface and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Tear pieces of burrata cheese evenly across the dough.
  5. Lay slices of prosciutto on top of the cheese.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Drizzle honey over the baked pizza and top with fresh arugula just before serving.
