Description
This delicious burrata and prosciutto pizza combines the creaminess of fresh burrata with the saltiness of prosciutto, drizzled with honey and topped with arugula.
Ingredients

- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
- 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- 2 tbsp high-quality honey
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until approximately 12 inches wide.
- Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Drizzle olive oil over the surface and season with salt and pepper.
- Tear pieces of burrata cheese evenly across the dough.
- Lay slices of prosciutto on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Drizzle honey over the baked pizza and top with fresh arugula just before serving.
