Description
A delicious Mint Oreo Cream Pie filled with creamy layers and topped with Cool Whip.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 5 mint Oreos
- 3 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 10 mint Oreo cookies
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- 1/4 teaspoon green gel food colouring (you may need to use more depending on the type of food colouring you are using)
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 Oreo Pie crust
Instructions
- Pour the pudding mix and milk into a large mixing bowl and combine with an electric mixer until a thick, smooth mixture forms.
- Place the 10 mint Oreos in a large Ziploc bag and crush them with a heavy bottomed pot.
- Add the crushed Oreos to the bowl with the pudding mixture.
- Pour the white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl.
- Micro wave the chocolate chips on High for 1 minute and then stir until melted.
- Add the melted white chocolate to the bowl with the pudding mixture.
- Add the mint extract and green food colouring to the bowl as well.
- Mix with the electric mixer until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
- Add 1 cup of Cool Whip to the bowl.
- Use a rubber spatula to fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread it out evenly.
- Spread 1 cup of Cool Whip on top of the pie.
- Crush 5 more mint Oreos and sprinkle them on top of the Cool Whip.
- Place the pie in the refrigerator and leave it for at least 2 hours to chill.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- This pie needs to chill for a minimum of 2 hours for best results.
- Additional mint Oreos can be added for garnish.
