Description
A refreshing and nutritious fruit smoothie made with milk, yogurt, and berries.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup milk of choice (I like 2%)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon agave or honey (may use more)
- 10 ounces non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt (2 small tubs, approximately 1 cup)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender (1 cup milk of choice, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 2 cups fresh strawberries, 1 tablespoon agave or honey, and 10 ounces non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt).
- If using fresh fruits, add a handful of ice cubes (about 1 cup).
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 cups and serve cold.
Notes
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, use less milk.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more agave or honey.
- This recipe can be customized with other fruits as desired.
