Description

A refreshing and nutritious fruit smoothie made with milk, yogurt, and berries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I like 2%)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon agave or honey (may use more)
  • 10 ounces non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt (2 small tubs, approximately 1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender (1 cup milk of choice, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 2 cups fresh strawberries, 1 tablespoon agave or honey, and 10 ounces non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt).
  2. If using fresh fruits, add a handful of ice cubes (about 1 cup).
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into 2 cups and serve cold.

Notes

  • If you prefer a thicker smoothie, use less milk.
  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more agave or honey.
  • This recipe can be customized with other fruits as desired.
