Description

A delicious and refreshing fruit salad made with strawberries, mini marshmallows, and whipped topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup crisp crackle topping or crushed crisp candy pieces

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries into bite sized pieces, then pat them dry well.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the sour cream, whipped topping, and vanilla pudding mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the sliced strawberries, drained crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows until evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour so the texture can set.
  5. Fold in the crackle topping just before serving, or sprinkle it over the top for the best crunch.

Notes

  • Ensure strawberries are well dried to avoid excess moisture in the salad.
  • Chilling the salad allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
