- 1 lb Brussels sprouts (Trimmed and halved)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil (Essential for roasting)

- 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce (Store-bought or homemade)
- optional Sesame seeds (For garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, removing any tough outer leaves.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Drizzle teriyaki sauce over the roasted sprouts and toss to coat.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- For additional flavor, consider adding garlic or ginger to the oil mixture.
- Make sure to spread out the Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet to ensure even roasting.
