Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts (Trimmed and halved)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil (Essential for roasting)
  • 1 tsp Salt (Enhances flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper (Balances sweetness of teriyaki sauce)
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce (Store-bought or homemade)
  • optional Sesame seeds (For garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, removing any tough outer leaves.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over the roasted sprouts and toss to coat.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
